The biggest ever plast alger 2018 closed on 13 March and this on an extremely positive note.
Exhibitors were all smiles as 5,003 visitors (up 15% compared to the previous event) discussed their business and concluded hundreds of contracts. The accelerating industrialization process, including massive investments in the automotive industry in Algeria and the Maghreb, all these are the ingredients for great optimism on the part of the plast alger 2018 exhibitors.

91% of the exhibitors intend to participate in the next plast alger
87% of the exhibitors would recommend the event
Exhibitors were satisfied or even very satisfied to the following extent:
- 88% with the event as a whole
- 85% with the number of visitors
- 79% with the competence and decision-makers’ rate among the visitors
- 74% find the plast print pack industry portal helpful to promote their business and products
- 65% have got high or even very high expectations for their follow-up business
* The survey is based on written feedback from 75% of all plast alger exhibitors.

A record number of 220 exhibitors from 24 countries presented more innovations than ever before. The great number of solutions and technologies on offer makes plast alger a highly attractive destination for all professionals wishing to upgrade their existing equipment or invest in new projects.
Organised by fairtrade and Messe Düsseldorf the 5th International Plastics and Composites Trade Exhibition for Algeria and the Maghreb took place from 11 to 13 March 2018 at the state-of-the-art Centre International de Conférences Abdelatif Rahal CIC in Algiers.
